Bu nedenle topraklama ölçümü her tesis için düzenli olarak yapılması gerekir.  Öte yandan zamanla topraklama ekipmanlarının direnç değerleri değişebilmektedir. Bu da akım ve gerilim değerlerinin güvenilir değerlerin üstüne çıkmasına neden olabilir.  Topraklama aynı zamanda elektrik sistemlerindeki koruma elamanlarının doğru çalışmasını da sağlar. Kaçak akım rölesi, parafudr, termik manyetik şalter, otomatik sigorta gibi elektriksel koruma sistemlerinin istenilen değerde ve zamanında açması için iyi bir topraklama sistemi oldukça önemlidir.

Topraklama Ölçüm Periyotları

Yukarıdaki belirttiğimiz nedenler topraklama sisteminin sağlığı ve değerleri düzenli olarak takip edilmelidir. Enerji Tabi Kaynaklar Bakanlığı tarafından hazırlanıp 21.08.2001 tarih ve 24500 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayınlanarak, yürürlüğe giren, “Elektrik Tesislerinde Topraklamalar Yönetmeliği Ek-P`de çeşitli topraklama tesislerinde işletme dönemi içindeki muayene, ölçme ve denetlemelere ilişkin önerilen periyotları verilmiştir.

  • Elektrik üretim, iletim, dağıtım tesisleri, 2 yıl
  • Enerji Nakil ve dağıtım hatları 5 yıl
  • Sanayi tesisleri ve iş merkezleri direnç değerleri 1 yıl
  • Topraklama tesisleri ile ilgili diğer kontroller 2 yıl
  • Sabit işletme elemanları 1 yıl
  • Yeri değişebilen işletme elemanları 6 ay
  • Parlayıcı, patlayıcı, tehlikeli zararlı maddelerle çalışabilen işyerleri ve ıslak ortamlarda çalışılan işyerleri için kontrol periyotları 1 yılı aşamaz.

Topraklama Ölçümü Neden Yapılmalıdır?

Topraklama bir elektrik tesisatının güvenilirliğinin temelini oluşturur. Bu nedenle bu temel ne kadar sağlam olursa işletmelerin elektriksel güvenilirliği o kadar yüksek olur. Tesis boyunca çalışan emniyetinin sağlanması, iş ve işçi sağlığı, koruma elamanlarının düzgün çalışması, elektrik sistemlerinde hatalar oluşmaması için topraklama ölçümü periyodik olarak yapılmalıdır.

Topraklama Ölçümü Nasıl Yapılır?

Topraklama ölçümü yapılması ve buna göre bir rapor oluşturulması sırasında yapılacak işlemler gerekli yönetmelikte belirtilmiştir, buna göre;

1- Göz ile muayene yapılmalı.

2- Koruma iletkenlerinin bağlantılarının güncel durumu gözden geçirilmeli,

3- Elektrik tesisine ait yalıtım dirençlerinin ölçümleri yapılmalı ve sağlığı incelenmeli,

4- Toprağa ait olan direnç ölçülmeli ve topraklama kontrolü yapılmalıdır.

Topraklama ölçümü yapılacak cihazın ölçümleri yapılmalıdır, topraklama ölçümü fabrika veya tesise yapılacaksa, buranın topraklama düzeni önceden gözlemlenmelidir.

Topraklama ölçüm raporunda neler olmalıdır?

Topraklama ölçüm raporu, yapılması zorunlu olan topraklama ölçümü sonrasında yetkili kişilerce verilen ve topraklama değerleri, ölçümleri gibi maddelerin mevzuatlara uygun olup olmadığını gösteren rapordur. Bu konuda yeterince bilgi sahibi olmayan kişilerin yaptığı ölçümler ve hazırladığı raporlar hem geçersiz sayılacak hem de sağlıklı olmayacaktır.

Raporda, yer alan bilgiler şöyledir;

1- Ölçümün yapılmasını talep eden ve ölçümü yapan kişiler hakkında bilgi,

2- Ölçümün yapıldığı tarih ve bu tarihte toprağın güncel durumu,

3- Ölçüm yapılan tesis ile ilgili bilgiler,

4- Ölçümün yapıldığı cihaza ait bilgiler ve bu cihazın kalibrasyon bilgileri,

5- Ölçüm ve karşılaştırma değerleri,

6- Eğer topraklanma ölçüm değeri ilgili mevzuata uygun değilse yapılması gerekenler.

Topraklama ölçüm değeri kaç olmalıdır?

Topraklama ölçüm değeri için belli bir değer yoktur. Bu değer insan hayatını tehlikeye atmayacak şekilde istenilen aralıkta olmalıdır. Bu değerde her işletme hatta her ekipman için ayrıdır

Meger topraklama ölçümü nasıl yapılır?

Topraklama direnci, toprağın elektrik akımının geçirgenliği sırasında göstermiş olduğu tepkidir. Toprak megerine, toprak direnci testi cihazı da denmektedir. Topraklama ölçümü meger kullanılarak oldukça hassas bir işlemle gerçekleştirilir. Meger ölçümü sırasında toprağın nemli olması çok önemli bir parametredir. Nemli toprakta daha sağlıklı ölçüm işlemi gerçekleştirilecektir. Bunun nedeni elektrotların toprağın içerisine daha derinlemesine girmesini sağlamaktır. Eğer toprak kuruysa işlem öncesinde yeterli miktarda su dökülmesi gerekmektedir. Meger ile ölçüm doğru işlemlerle gerçekleşirse, doğru bir sonuç verecektir. P ve C elektrotları toprağın içerisine çakılır. Topraklama barasına yeşil kablonun bağlanması gerekmektedir. Sarı kablo P( Potansiyel) elektrotuna, kırmızı kablo ise C (Akım) elektrotuna bağlanmalıdır.

Multimetre ile topraklama ölçümü nasıl yapılır?

Multimetre ile toprak ölçümü yapılırken, aletiniz eğer analog kullanıma uygunsa uzman kişiler tarafından yapılması gerekmektedir. Dijital bir ölçüm aletine sahipseniz buna ihtiyaç yoktur, sadece verilerin doğru bir şekilde girilmesi yeterli olacaktır. Analog multimetrelerde kullanım sırasında dikkat edilecek iki tane konu bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan ilki ölçüm yapmadan önce komitatötü doğru bir şekilde ayarlamaktır. Cihaz üzerinde ortada dönen anahtarın doğru yerde sabitlendiğinden emin olmalısınız. İkincisi cihazın doğru ölçüm kademesinde olmasıdır. Ölçüm kademesi doğru değilse, sonuç da yanlış çıkacaktır. İleri teknoloji aletler kullanıldığında durum daha kolay olacaktır.

Panodan topraklama ölçümü nasıl yapılır?

Tesis içerisinde elektrik hatlarının ve elektronik cihazların duyduğunu tüm enerjinin şebekeden alıp sisteme dağıtıldığı nokta elektrik panolarıdır. Panolar dışarıdan ulaşımı engelleyici bir malzeme ile mutlaka kapatılmalıdır. İçerisinde çeşitli elektrik hatları olduğundan tehlike arz etmektedir. Elektrik pano ölçümleri genel olarak uzman kişiler aracılığıyla, termografik olarak yapılmaktadır. Termal kameralar aracılığıyla yapılan ölçümler rapora işlenmektedir. Periyodik olarak hiçbir sorun olmasa bile pano topraklama ölçümünün yapılmasında fayda vardır. Bu şekilde oluşabilecek herhangi bir sorunu önceden tespit edip, bir problem oluşmadan çözümü sağlanabilir.

Prizden topraklama ölçümü yapılır mı?

Bir binada özellikle üst katlarda, herhangi bir elektrikle çalışan sistemi kurmak istediğinizde ilk olarak kontrol etmeniz gereken en önemli durum prizin topraklamasının iyi olup olmadığıdır. Prizlerin içerisinde kısa devre gibi durumlarda cihazlarınız oldukça zarar görmektedir. Bu nedenle kontrollerin sağlanmasında yarar vardır. Topraklama ölçüm cihazını prize taktığınız zaman kırmızı ışık yanarak sizleri ikaz etmektedir. İlk önce voltajı kontrol ederek daha sonra test butonuna bir defa bastığınız zaman anında prizdeki topraklanmanın yeterli olup olmadığını öğrenmeniz mümkündür. Bina içerisindeki bütün prizleri tek tek kontrol ederek en fazla 10 dakika gibi kısa bir süre içerisinde kontrolleri sağlamış olacaksınız.
